The Durham County Show is one of the county’s most popular summer events, celebrating rural life, farming, animals, food and family fun. Taking place over two days — Saturday 4 and Sunday 5 July 2026 at the DCS Showground, Thornley Hall Farm, Durham, this event draws visitors from across the North East for a lively weekend of entertainment and countryside activities.
